- Thursday, May 2 - Early Bird arrivals for "evening on the town"
- Friday, May 3 - Fly out for lunch and dinner at the Homestead. Lots of hangar flying.
- Saturday, May 4 - a fun and relaxing day with more hangar flying. Lunch on the airport. AUCTION and dinner Saturday evening.
- Sunday, May 5 - departures
- A Shuttle will be provided to ferry members to the hotels, the airport, and to the Homestead.
- Hotels:
Innkeeper - Roxboro, NC - 336-599-3800; $74.28/night including tax. When making reservation, use the phrase "Antique Airplane Show" or Fly-in". You can cancel this reservation up until 6:00 pm on the day you are scheduled to arrive without penalty of payment.
Hampton Inn - Roxboro, NC - Rates are in negotiation. Regular rate $109.00/night

- Thursday, October 3 - Early Bird arrivals. Dinner, etc. at Fatz Restaurant.
- Friday, October 4 - Fly out and bar-b-que on the airport Friday night.
- Saturday, October 5 - Fellowship and evening banquet.
- Sunday, October 6 - South Carolina Breakfast Club on the airport.
- Transportation provided to and from hotels, airport, and banquet facility.
- Headquarters Hotel: Comfort Inn
Chapter event dates are fixed; no rain dates will be scheduled.
